Jacob is a mechanical engineer and founder of Tisar. He has 40 years of experience in vibration analysis and was the first to import and implement predictive maintenance in dozens of factories across Israel.
Yossi brings 25 years of experience in the water industry, specializing in water treatment, desalination, equipment manufacturing, and water supply systems. His career evolution from marketing director to key leadership roles showcases his expertise in water innovation and entrepreneurship. Yossi holds a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA with honors from Ben Gurion University.
David is responsible for Mekorot’s investments portfolio including advanced research and internal innovation in water-tech. Has a vast entrepreneurial experience. A lawyer and an economist with an MBA from INSEAD and an MA in Philosophy and science.
Gilad is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with 20 years of experience across industrial, governmental, and startup sectors, and a strategic technology consultant for investors and funds leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and strategic growth. Gilad studied microbiology and holds an MBA degree.
